01 /A bridge between two contexts

In Paris, two years of work-study as a software engineer at Ressources&Vous, alongside a Master's in Software Engineering at ÉSTIAM (2024 - 2026). That is where I sharpened the rigour of engineering in a team and in production.

In Douala, I founded Alivaon, a digital agency delivering custom management software and web solutions to Cameroonian SMEs. There I carry the whole cycle: client relationship, design, development, deployment and operation.

02 /Approach

I build software that has to run, not just compile. That means thinking about infrastructure, deployments and incident recovery from day one - and shipping tools that non-technical teams make their own.

    Software engineer

    • Development and maintenance of business applications in a production environment.
    • Migration of the internal management application from Symfony 6.4 to 7.4, as a team of three: EasyAdmin replaced by UX DataTable, move to PHP 8 attributes, rebuilt role hierarchy and access rights.
    • Wrote PHPUnit test suites module by module: API tests (API Platform, JWT authentication, schema validation) and isolated unit tests.
    • Contributing across the chain: design, code, review and deployment.

    • Digital agency: custom management software and web solutions for Cameroonian SMEs.
    • From client relationship to delivery: design, development, deployment and operation on a VPS.
    • 2026: public site and back office migrated to Next.js (monorepo), Symfony refocused on an API Platform backend, with zero SEO regression and zero-downtime deployments.
